Smt. Jyothy Prasannan holds a Master Degree in Science and joined the company on 1st August, 2015 as Managing Director. From April 2002 to October 2008, she was one of the Directors of M/s Manappuram Finance Ltd. From October 2002 to May 2003 she has holded the position of Managing Director of M/s Maben Nidhi Limited and her last assignment was with M/s Manappuram Asset Finance as managing director from November 2007 to July 2015. She has more than 15 years of rich experience and wide range of knowledge in managing the affairs of NBFC’s. Also she is the Director Board member of eight reputed organizations.

Sri. Remesh Kumar Kuruppath holds a Bachelors’ degree in Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Master of Technology in Computer Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and Master of Business Administration, Marketing & Finance from University of California, USA. Mr. Remesh Kumar started his career with Tata Consultancy Services in Pune as an Assistant Systems Analyst .Thereafter, he worked as a Systems Analyst for Online Resources, in Orlando, Florida, USA and as a Senior Software Engineer in DST Output in California, USA. Presently, he is Director & CEO of Netvarth Technologies Pvt Ltd in Kerala.

Shri. V.S.Prasannan is a civil engineer by profession and has been holding the post of Managing Director of Manappuram Asset Finance Limited since August 2015. He was the former Managing Director of Maben Nidhi Limited during the period from April 2012 to July 2015. He has over three decades of rich experience and wide range of knowledge in Non Banking Financial companies.

Mr. Besto Joseph is the Chief Executive Officer of MABEN Nidhi Ltd. He has been with the Company from 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has over six years of experience in Banking Industry. He has handled Corporate Credit and Risk Management departments with The South Indian Bank limited from 2011 to 2017. He was a part of IFRS implementation committee in the South Indian Bank.

CA. Lithin P.L is the Chief Financial Officer of MABEN Nidhi Ltd . He started working for the company in 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University. His expertise includes Direct & Indirect taxation, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Bank Audit, NBFC Audit Account Payables and Receivables, Payroll management.

Mr. Anoop P started his career as a Practicing Lawyer at Thrissur. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and obtained Bachelors Degree in Commerce from University of Calicut and Law from Government Law College Thrissur. He is working as Company Secretary of Maben Nidhi Limited since May 2013.
